Frequently asked questions
Does Compoyo place trades for me?
No. Compoyo never executes trades, never connects to your funds and never manages an account. A signal is information; you act on it in your own brokerage account, or you do not.
What is in a signal?
The instrument, the direction, an entry, a stop and a target, plus the reasoning that produced it and the invalidation — what would prove it wrong. The invalidation is written before the outcome is known.
Do you hide the losing signals?
No, and the mechanism matters more than the promise: a closed signal cannot be deleted, and a win rate is never rendered without the losing count beside it. See the live record.
What is the demo account?
A practice account with $100,000 of simulated money, where you can test a signal and see how it would have gone without risking anything. It is simulated throughout — no order reaches a real market.
What is the difference between free and Pro?
Pro sees signals in real time. Free sees the same signals 30 minutes later. Nothing is hidden from a free account — the delay is the whole difference, and it is applied when the signal is read rather than by withholding some of them.
Is there a password?
No. Signing in sends a six-digit code to your email and that code is the credential. There is no password to choose, forget or reset.
What are points?
An activity score that unlocks reward eligibility. Points are not currency: there is no conversion to cash, no withdrawal and no transfer. Redemption is not part of the current release.
